General Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions
Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)
Orders are subject to a minimum quantity of 150-200 units, depending on the chosen style and fabric specifications. Lower quantities are available upon request, subject to an additional mark-up.
Sampling Costs
Samples are charged at twice the production price per unit (100% surcharge) and include additional costs for openings and shipment. Please note that sampling fees are non-refundable.
Logistics
All orders are quoted on Ex-Works terms, meaning transportation and delivery fees are not included in the product pricing.
Clients are responsible for all shipping costs, which will be itemized separately on the invoice.
While we can arrange shipping on request, responsibility for the goods transfers to the client once dispatched. Optional transport insurance is available upon request.
Payment Terms
Payment is divided into two installments: 50% before production begins and 50% before shipment.
All prices are listed in Euros (€) and are based on Ex-Works terms.
Production and Modifications
Production officially begins once the initial 50% payment is received. Any changes requested after this point may result in additional charges or may not be feasible depending on production progress.
Fabrics and Materials
We partner with reputable fabric suppliers. While we strive to maintain clear timelines, delays related to fabric production or delivery may occur due to factors beyond our control.
Quality Standards
Our garments are handcrafted with precision, but minor variations (up to a 5% tolerance) in measurements, cuts, or seams may occur, depending on fabric type and design.
Delivery Delays
In cases where production delays exceed 30 days due to issues within our control, we may offer discounts or the option to cancel the order. Delays arising from natural events, global crises, or other uncontrollable circumstances are exempt from compensation.
Quality Control & Complaints
Every item undergoes four stages of quality control before shipment. In the rare event that a defective product is received, clients have 15 days from receipt to report any issues. We will either replace the defective items or provide suitable compensation.
