Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

A minimum order quantity of 150 units per style applies to all orders.

Samples

Sample pricing is calculated at the time of quoting, based on your specific garment and materials. A non-refundable development fee is required to begin sampling.

Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in euros (€). Payment is divided into two instalments — 50% before production begins and 50% prior to shipment. Production begins upon receipt of the first payment.

Production

Production is officially initiated upon receipt of the first 50% payment.
Any design or specification changes requested after this point may incur additional charges or may be declined depending on the stage of production.

Fabrics

Fabrics are sourced through our trusted network of textile partners across Portugal. We maintain full transparency on fabric order and delivery dates, though occasional delays from suppliers may occur.

Quality Variations

While every effort is made to ensure precision and consistency, slight variations in measurements or quantities may occur due to the nature of hand-crafted production and different fabric characteristics.
In Portugal, an industry-standard tolerance of up to 5% is applied.

Delays

In the event of manufacturing issues that cause delays, compensation may be offered in the form of a discount.
If a factory delay exceeds 30 days, the client may request order cancellation.
These conditions do not apply to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, material shortages, or other force majour events.

Quality Control

All garments undergo a four-stage quality control process to ensure products are free from defects before shipment.
In the unlikely event defective items are received, the responsible factory will either replace the goods or provide suitable compensation.
Clients must report any quality issues or concerns within 15 days of receiving the order.
