Terms and Conditions
Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)
To place an order, specific minimum order quantities (MOQs) apply depending on the selected style and fabric.
Samples
A non-refundable development fee of €150 per style is required to begin sampling. This amount will be credited toward the final invoice once production begins.
Upfront Payment
Before commencing development, an upfront payment is required. The first payment, equal to 50% of the total order value, must be made prior to starting pre-production sampling.
Payment Terms
Payments are divided into two installments: 50% before production begins and 50% prior to shipment.
All prices are quoted in euros (€) and based on Ex-Works (EXW) terms.
Production
Production is officially initiated upon receipt of the first 50% payment.
Any design or specification changes requested after this point may incur additional charges or may be declined depending on the stage of production.
Fabrics
We do not manufacture fabrics in-house. Instead, we work with trusted textile partners across Portugal. While we maintain full transparency regarding fabric order and delivery dates, we cannot control the partners’ production or shipping schedules, which may occasionally result in delays.
Quality Variations
While every effort is made to ensure precision and consistency, slight variations in measurements or quantities may occur due to the nature of hand-crafted production and different fabric characteristics.
In Portugal, an industry-standard tolerance of up to 5% is applied.
Delays
In the event of manufacturing issues that cause delays, compensation may be offered in the form of a discount.
If a factory delay exceeds 30 days, the client may request order cancellation.
These conditions do not apply to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, material shortages, or other force majour events.
Quality Control
All garments undergo a four-stage quality control process to ensure products are free from defects before shipment.
In the unlikely event defective items are received, the responsible factory will either replace the goods or provide suitable compensation.
Clients must report any quality issues or concerns within 15 days of receiving the order.
